What You Need For EP Application (Most Common)

Clear photo of passport and citizen identification card.

2. Previous Passes

If you held a work pass previously or you are planning to renew your existing pass, please send us a copy of your existing pass.

3. Educational Certificates

MOM requires verification proof to check the authenticity of your qualifications.

4. Advertisement

To encourage fair employment opportunities, the Fair Consideration Framework (FCF) requires all employers to advertise the job position on MyCareersFuture. We will advice if you can be exempted according to MOM.

5. Digital Form

We will send over a form for you to fill up.

EP ISSUANCE & DELIVERY

1. IPA Letter

Before departing for SG, print the letter and present to the immigration officer upon arrival.

2. Vaccination

Ensure you are fully vaccinated according to the vaccination requirements for work pass holders.

3. Immigration

Please sed over your Short-Term Visit Pass (STVP) or SG Arrival Card (SGAC).

4. Contact Details

5. Delivery

Select a card delivery address and up to 3 authorised recipients. You can choose to deliver to our office and collect it personally or opt for courier service.

ACRA will send you an email verifying your company's registration. This is your official Singapore Company Incorporation Certificate, which includes your company registration number. If you wish to get a hard copy of the certificate, you can submit a S$50 online request to ACRA. You receive a Business Profile (”Bizfile”). ACRA will also give a free business profile for your new entity. The business profile serves as the company's identity card. You are able to open a corporate bank account.
